  • Discuss Future Plans: Start planning for what you will do after you sell you house.
  • Financial Planning: Estimating selling costs and determining your net profit.
  • Disclosure Preparation: Gathering documentation about your property’s history and condition.

Stage 2 – Prep for Market

Stage 4 – Offers & Closing
